The KJT270F’s fiber optic probe separates the measurement point from the electronics, reaching into enclosed, hot, hazardous or restricted spaces where standard sensors won’t fit.

• Fiber Optic Probe Architecture: The optical probe mounts at the measurement point; the controller mounts where you have space, power and access. Reach inside vessels, around obstructions, into hazardous zones — without compromising sensor placement.
• Enclosed and Hazardous Process Capable: CIP-compatible and explosion-proof configurations are available. Mount the probe inside mixers, dryers and conveying systems where the product is invisible from outside.
• Full Multi-Component Composition: Simultaneous moisture, water activity, protein, fat, oil, sugar, solvent, alcohol, coat weight and film thickness — same measurement capability as the production-grade KJT700, in a fiber optic form factor.
